  • If the hand exceeds the hand size limit after drawing from the effect of “Cardcar D”, the number of cards in hand is adjusted during that End Phase.

Q: During the effect resolution of the drawing, if you are unable to draw due to “Protector of the Sanctuary” being special summoned to opponent’s field, is it skipped to the End Phase of this turn?
A: No. If you are unable to draw during resolution, the effect that skips to the End Phase is not applied. (18th February 2012)

Q: If “Phantom of Chaos” is successfully summoned and “Phantom of Chaos” has gained the effect of this card by banishing it, can the drawing effect be activated by releasing in the same turn?
A: No, in this case although “Phantom of Chaos” has gained the effect of this card, because the summoning condition was not fulfilled, the effect that “Phantom of Chaos” has gained cannot be activated. (11th March 2012)

Q: Is the resolution of the drawing effect and the resolution of the skipping to the End Phase effect of this card performed simultaneously?
A: No, the resolution of the drawing effect, and the resolution of skipping to the End Phase effect which is performed afterwards, is not performed simultaneously. (11th March 2012)

Q: During the turn this card was summoned, opponent activated “Effect Veiler” on this card. If this card whose effect is negated is released for its effect activation, can a Special Summon be performed this turn?
A: No, because only the drawing effect and the skipping to the End Phase effect is not applied, but the activation is not negated, a Special Summon cannot be performed this turn. (30th March 2012)
